Constructed from mechanically spun nylon, the fabric is lightweight yet highly durable and abrasion-resistant, with a tactile quality that mimics organic fibres thanks to a unique steaming process. The interior is resin-treated for mild wind and water resistance, while the outer surface is garment dyed to achieve rich colour depth. A PFC-free anti-drop agent is added during dyeing to enhance water repellency.
