At Evo‑Island, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work. All processes follow UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We aim to make returns simple, fair, and transparent, while protecting both you and our business from misuse or fraudulent returns.

You may return most items purchased from Evo‑Island within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Complete with all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Free from odours, marks, stains, or signs of wear

Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may be rejected and returned to you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Underwear
  • Socks (if opened)
  • Face coverings
  • Any item marked as final sale or non‑returnable

These restrictions ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) before the 14‑day period expires. Once you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

To start a return, email our customer service team at Contact@evo-island.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return (optional)

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please package your item securely and return it using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you return an unwanted item within the 14‑day return period and it meets our returns criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For unwanted items:

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost charged to us (£7.50) will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order did not qualify for free shipping, you will only be refunded for the goods; shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • You are responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • Tags or packaging are missing.
  • The return is outside the allowed timeframe.

If a return does not meet these requirements, it may be rejected, and we will contact you to arrange sending the item back to you.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You are entitled to:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement (if available)

In these cases, Evo‑Island will cover all return postage costs. We may request photos to speed up the process.

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colours (same product)

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund instead.

Exchange items must meet the same return eligibility criteria as standard returns.
