By buying goods from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

“You/Your” means the person buying Goods.

2. Your Responsibilities

By ordering from us, you agree to:

  • Pay on time using your own valid payment method;
  • Keep the Goods safe until delivery;
  • Use the Goods for personal use only.

3. Ordering

  • All orders are offers to buy from Evo-Island.
  • A contract is formed when we take payment or dispatch your order, whichever happens first.
  • Automated order confirmations do not mean your order is accepted.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown on the website and include VAT.
  • Payment must be made in full using a valid payment method.
  • Ownership of Goods remains with Evo-Island until payment is received.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you when the Goods are delivered.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
  • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for deliveries outside the UK.
  • We package items securely but cannot be held responsible if customs seize your order.

6. Returns and Cancellations

  • You may cancel non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns are sent to: Unit 8c2 Maybrook Road, Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1AL at your cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned Goods.

  • You can update your marketing preferences via your account dashboard.
  • You may request a copy of your records or delete your account by emailing contact@evo-island.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Evo-Island is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control or by your misuse of Goods.
  • We do not cover business losses, lost profits, or lost data.
  • Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
  • Goods are sold with any manufacturer warranties in addition to your legal rights.

  • Any legal disputes must be brought in courts within the UK.

  • You are responsible for any resale or use outside the UK, including customs, duties, or legal compliance.
