A showcase of textile experimentation from the Spring/Summer 2020 collection, the Stone Island Membrana + Oxford 3L Smock is engineered for high-performance weather protection with a unique visual identity. This garment is constructed from two distinct three-layer performance fabrics: a light opaque nylon and a more substantial Oxford-woven nylon. Both are laminated to a breathable, water and wind-resistant membrane protected by an imperceptible polyester base. The finished piece undergoes a Dust Colour treatment, which deposits a veil of pigments onto the surface for a three-dimensional, lived-in effect that is unique to every item.
The design features a technical smock silhouette with a half-zip neck and a protective hood with adjustable drawstrings. Highlighting its utilitarian roots, the back is equipped with two large bellows pockets with flap closures, though this specific unit is missing the original fastening clips. Side zippers allow for adjustable ventilation and easy access, while the iconic Stone Island compass badge is positioned on the left sleeve. The condition is PL7, representing a well-preserved technical piece with the unique Dust Colour finish fully intact, noting the missing back pocket clips.
